today was the worst day of my entire singapore polytechnic student life. the 7 lecturers sat in dismay as i tried to relate the concept of my model to the given artist's painting. best part, lecturer poh did a lecturer poh by saying to all students present for the crit session, "your model reminds me of kranji memorial you know." the whole class laughed. i looked down, face don't know turn to red or green better. -.- wah, we were commissioned to design something for the living to walk through it. he turn one round and take it that i designed a space for the dead. poh still told me to put my passport photo in the cube. _|_ then the picking went on - "i know your htc touch very glam la, but also don't need to strap during a crit session what." no idea where he gets his linking tools. i kena headshot down to negative 16th floor, and then pulled up again to the 2nd because juneita said, "joey i think your write up is very good. i read your write up and feel somehow excited, but when i look at your final model, everything," and drops her hand slowly. only problem with lecturers is that they have no idea what we're thinking. they have to understand the difference of 'don't want' and genuinely 'cannot'. i happen to fall in the latter category.

my mom called and reminded that i've been out past midnight for 2 consecutive days when there's school the next day. okay okay, monday i revert back to old system liao. 

joey'll be off to joey's chalet, and joey is so damn bloody goddamn excited because finally, the d40x can be put to awesome use after such a long time. and of course the fact that it's a joey day, and being a joey myself, i am elated. -.- k, you'll never understand. it's a joey thing. ;)
