this week had been great, and you see sarcasm leaking all over my mouth. i've used the word hectic so often in my updates and it's the best word i can use to describe life as a architecture student. what you have to complete in 1 year as a dnt student, must be done and submitted within 3 weeks. when you're stuck with 4 pieces of cupboard glued together, not adjoined to the bigger picture and neither here nor there, you consult, and half-expect, on your way to the table at the front of the studio, for the lecturer to use words like, 'independent', 'let creative mind flow', 'flip through magazines', and, 'keep on doing'. all these words in harmony with the snapping of fingers occasionally, and the sweeping hand signs as if to emphasize, "FUCK OFF AND BE CREATIVE. DON'T KNOW HOW BUT SOMEHOW." okay, and so i tried to be creative but the lecturer thinks i modeled a tombstone and a cd rack instead of what's required - a bloody space for somebody to walk through. good game, and then i asked humbly, and was offered the infamous yellow colour form for withdrawal or transferring of courses. YAY, I LOVE ARCHITECT.
the week could have been much more sufferable, if not for the never back down on wednesday with yulin and sulin after school, and the aimless-walkabout around town on friday with the whole big group. carvey was present, which is always a good thing because i get to free the mind and laugh till i get a red face and bloodshot eyes. we walked, we ate, and we continued walking. i met 2 very handsome people on the same day:

the former made me ran, or they described, bounced, towards and both hands outreached for a hug, and all done half-knowingly and out of pure instinct. we caught up (not like he had anything to talk about his stupid life), and played a game of pool. pool with him, as usual, was competitive. glenn came back from aussie and i updated him a little about how the cousin is doing. the world is small - glen's brother was my brother's classmate, glen was once a very good friend of my cousin. high, very high.
on the weekends, i read about how people could go in search for bagpacks and played mahjong after, and questioned the god's justice - i stayed home all day to cut white cupboards, stained my hands with uhu, and cut my finger in the process. awesome la. at 224 on a sunday morning, i am finally done with my sexy modelling. yes, i model. i model for singapore polytechnic's diploma in architecture. i still cannot get to sleep, not because i'm suffering from insomnia, but because i have a whole lot of documentation left to be done.
halfway through my project, a joey invited me to a joey's birthday chalet. thanks for the much needed energy instilled into me. checklist on things to bring on friday: fucking d40x to snap at least 8 million photos before i leave for home.
