on saturday, i turned down zhiyong's invitation to go to do some kelong fishing along with his relatives (he's been asking me 3 weeks before) to meet up with the guys. it was the first time i spent such a long day with them. we actually had training on that saturday morning but was later on cancelled because many couldn't make it. so, we met up earlier at clementi.

i fetched su in a cab from bukit timah plaza, and we headed to clementi to meet faris and shahridan. after having lunch, we took a cab to town to meet arthur, somebody i haven't seen in a very long time. shahridan bought his 4skin sling, and somehow, all of us ended up in marina sqaure. danial's girlfriend was playing at the pool table beside us. and so, we played and played, and the bill came up to a staggering $20.60.

shahridan, faris and i left in a cab, while arthur and su went back to town. i had to meet up with my family at york hotel, because it was my brother's birthday and we were having a penang buffet dinner.

it was 1030 by the time i reached home. i changed and went to meet su and arthur. su's house was just a stone's throw a way from mine. as usual, we had some dota loving at the 24 hours lan shop a beauty world.

by 1 in the morning, faris and shahridan reached the place. we went to have our supper at the prata shop across the street. we ordered too many dishes for ourselves to finish - plus, i had a buffet dinner earlier on. the bill was $67 and was shared among the 5 of us. arthur suggested to visit the train track outside the bukit timah hill, somewhere i haven't been to in ages. we needed to digest our food, and the long walk made it much easier to. faris tried to persuade us to climb up the train track, but was turned down time and time again. not like it's your birthday, or else i'd have done it. in the end, arthur and faris gave it a go. we convinced them to come down because the route was too dangerous with all the bush around and slippery surfaces.

then we went back to the lan shop at beauty world, but the computers were fully booked. i find it quite crazy - it's 3 in the morning, yet all the 150+ computers are all being used up.? we took the alternative, played at the pool parlour just beside the lan shop, and waited for our turn. i greeted some of the ex newtowners who were there too. after all of that, the attendant at counter called to say there were 5 free computers. then the mad gaming time began. from battlefield to counterstrike, to dota, then back to counterstrike - we spent at least 3 hours in there.

it was 7 sharp by the time we finished playing. all of them went to my condo's poolside to relax. i tell you, very systematically - adjust beach chair to a 180 degrees angle, lie down, then sleep straight away. all of us were beat, except for myself, who was busy snapping pictures. most of it were later on deleted.

after they left, i went home and it was my turn to rest. i had to wake up at 1 in the afternoon because i had tuition at 3. and so i did, only to find out my tuition teacher cancelled that day's tuition. i flip the cover of my phone bag, and went back to sleep. super life, i tell you.
