this is 2 of my best friends with me - it shows unity, diversity and of course, holmiesity.

it is hard to imagine that 3 friends from different streams, levels and race can bond together and be the best of friends. it all started when i was closest to bradley in our secondary 1 days. i recall the shock i experienced when i learnt that he was pulled into the gang, and started illegal smoking. we used to meet up before our soccer trainings, hang around in the canteen and catch up on what happened in class that particular day, and share our drinks everytime we were given breaks in between our trainings. i mean, we still do it today but definitely not as often, since he was retained last year. although bradley's mixed and surprisingly has a chinese ahlian girlfriend, i still love him altogether not just because of the colour of his pupils, but because he protects his closed ones dearly - be it physically when it is called for, or just verbally standing up for that somebody.

soon, i made friends with shahridan through bradley and football trainings. he has the same sense of liking for rock songs and both of us share interests in many things - football, artistes, cheap labels, etcetra - and thus became the best of friends. right now, we're both closer than before, since we are on a promise to be away from that somebody. i like the way he laughs at the simplest of things, especially when he breaks into a mad laughter. he shakes a lot whenever he does that, which makes him cuter than rainie yang, emma watson and everybody in this world.

some days, i dread school - tests, teachers, incomplete homework or assignments, having to wake up early etcetra - but these 2 human beings somehow drives me on to get up from that bed, take that cold bath, and hop into my mom's car, and all done very willingly. it is inevitable for friends, even the best of friends, to quarrel or have mere fights. but i doubt nobody gets over it as fast as the 3 of us do. we learn to realise our mistake quickly, and am not embarrassed to apologise. we are normal people with the correct amount of ego.

honestly, i hope this won't end even after our secondary school education, me being the first to leave school if i manage to complete my O levels.
