the school term has started, which marks the beginning of the mad O level rush. i thought i could start this year softly and peacefully, but who knows - right at where i consume my food in the canteen in the place called school (note: it is a school, and not an army camp), i hear senseless people who are mostly shorter than me adhering to every of the rule plus command their orientation leader propose to them. and as if it isn't bad enough, the leaders had to be clad in the worst colour combination two-tone dri-fit tee - dark blue and bright turquoise.
i finally have the chance to access into the internet using my brother's laptop since he's not using it. my desktop dues latest by the end of next week, and hopefully, the internet accessing won't turn out to be complicated. i promised some pictures -

when all of the movers were drenched in sweat, reeked of a weird stench, and 4 limbs aching badly, i fished out my camera and started snapping pictures of them. you see, this will help enhance their speed and quality of their work because the movers will naturally want to look better in photographs, and thus, work better and faster to impress the people who look at these photographs. so, nobody stopped or blamed me, because their sentiments were exactly.
then there was the long-awaited UCO bank dinner on the 23rd. the crowd was as stagnant and stationary as the statue of stamford raffles. luckily, i wasn't told to play because it was an acoustic set and there weren't extra amps. anyhow, we still had fun -
while waiting for the dinner to begin:

ahmad's uncle:
learning how to tie a tie:

then it began:
ahmad says, "arue, let's bring the house down." zachary agreed, half-fisting into the air, while gerald spots a pretty indian girl.

it was fun being the camera-man. i still have short video clips of the songs played live, but i won't be able to emb the songs into the blog until my desktop arrives. you guys must not die and wait for the videos okay.? includes one of our originals. see the kind of lyrics zach writes - you and i wrote promises on the back of the fifty dollar bill. very toby rand.
other than this, i did celebrate bradley's birthday which was very unplanned and turned out to be boring. but i still accompanied bradley along with shahridan, and some of the others.

as i'm chewing on an ice, replying my friends on messenger, i'm thinking life isn't that bad after all, after being appointed as the vice-monitor. you'll get to see me holding this A4 sized, pink coloured book which bears the words, "CLASS MONITOR LIST," (if i'm not wrong), strolling through the entire stretch of walk path from my classroom all the way to the teacher's office, with my heads high up and proud every single day.
yay, school is fun and till then - enjoy school.
